No purchase or payment is required to apply or to be selected. Making a purchase does not guarantee selection.
Eligibility
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, have a dog, and live within the Oklahoma City metro area.
Limit one application per person.
How to Apply
Applications may be submitted through the official Suzy McCracken Photography form during the Unleash event on Saturday, October 3, 2026.
Applications must be received before the close of the event.
Selection
Applications will be reviewed based on the information provided, including the applicant's interest in creating finished artwork from their portrait session.
No purchase is required, and there is no obligation to purchase artwork or products.
What the Selected Applicant Receives
The selected applicant will receive:
One 90-minute Outdoor Portrait Session with Suzy McCracken Photography for up to 3 dogs and 2 people.
The regular $450 session fee fully covered.
A $300 wall art credit that may be applied toward wall art purchased from Suzy McCracken Photography.
If preferred, the selected applicant may instead use the $300 prize credit to receive one fine-art mounted print at no additional cost.
The mounted-print option is an alternative to the $300 wall art credit and may not be combined with it.
Any additional artwork, products, or digital files are purchased separately at the studio's regular pricing.
There is no minimum purchase requirement and no obligation to purchase additional products.
Booking Deposit
No deposit is required to apply.
After an applicant has been selected and chooses to reserve a portrait-session date, a $250 good-faith booking deposit is required.
This deposit is not a session fee. The $450 session fee is fully covered as part of the complimentary portrait opportunity.
If the selected applicant purchases wall art, the $300 wall art credit is applied first and the $250 booking deposit is then applied toward the remaining balance.
If the selected applicant chooses the fine-art mounted print option and makes no additional purchase, the $250 booking deposit will be refunded in full after the ordering appointment.
If the selected applicant chooses not to purchase any artwork, the $250 booking deposit will also be refunded in full.
Notification and Claiming the Session
The selected applicant will be contacted by text and email using the information provided on the application.
The selected applicant must respond and book an information call within 7 days of notification to claim the portrait opportunity. The information call may take place within the following two weeks.
If the selected applicant does not respond within 7 days, Suzy McCracken Photography may select another applicant.
Session and Ordering Appointment
The portrait session will be scheduled for a mutually agreed-upon date, subject to availability.
Following the session, the selected applicant will attend a reveal and ordering appointment to view their photographs and choose any artwork they would like to purchase.
Purchasing additional artwork or products is entirely optional.
Restrictions
The complimentary portrait opportunity:
Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Is non-transferable.
May not be sold, assigned, or given to another person.
May not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless specifically approved by Suzy McCracken Photography.
